Terms of Use
By using transcendo.app or the Transcendo app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
1. The service
Transcendo is a habit and self-reflection tool with an AI coach. The website lets you join a waitlist. The app is for Android. Features can change, and some are only for paying members.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 16. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
3. Your responsibilities
Keep your device and any sign-in secure. Do not misuse the service, try to reach other people's data, copy or reverse engineer the app, overload our servers, or use the coach to produce harmful content.
4. The coach
The coach is an AI. It can be wrong, blunt, or unsuitable for you. It is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it is not a replacement for professional help. You use it at your own judgement. If you feel unsafe, stop and contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid access is a subscription sold through Google Play. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your current period stays active.
- Streak-based renewal discounts, streak passes and any free period are described in the app when they apply. We may change them for future periods.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
6. Your content
You own what you write. You allow us to process it only to run the service, which includes sending it to our AI provider to write the coach's replies, as described in the privacy policy.
7. Our content
The Transcendo name, logo, design, text and code belong to us or our licensors. Some images on this site are public domain works or used with permission. You may not use our brand or content without written permission.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or end the service, and we will try to give notice of material changes. We may update these terms, and the date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it.
9. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for results you expect from using the app, since they depend on you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the founder is established. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
